Watch agent

Watching an agent means monitoring any changes made to his profile information.

To watch an agent, click the agent's eye button in the agents list.

Once an agent is watched, the eye button will turn into its green color.

What happens if the agent watched has made a change to his profile information?

You will be notified with any changes made by the agent if the eye button will turn into red as shown in the figure below.

Note that the red button will only appear once you refresh the agents list. You can refresh by going back to the dashboard and then going into the agents list again.

How to see the changes made by the watched agent?

If you hover the eye button, you will see the changes made by the watched agent.

In this case, the watched agenly only made one modification in his information which is in the web address field. From nothing to a new web address www.somechangehere.com .
