Add agent to favorites

In cases where you have hundreds of agents on the list, adding one or more agents as favorites would give lesser headache to finding agents. Favorites serve as a bookmark in instances where you go to another page and go back to the agents list knowing which agent you were handling before.

To add agent to favorites, click the agent's star button.

Once the button is clicked, it will turn into its yellow color.
