Contact groups

Contacts or clients that you have in the software can be grouped based on similar information. This is best when you have thousands of clients and you want to manage and select them in one-click.

Below is where the contact groups can be managed.

To access, click the Group Contacts button in the main screen

There are three (3) groups that can be managed in the group area: One-click group, Telemarketing group, and User-defined group.
