- Select contact from the main screen
- Click the Telemarketing button
- The first telemarketing layout will be shown. In this
section, click the M button.
- The second layout will be shown.
- Select from the 15 buttons at the top of the
telemarketing screen by clicking on it where the script will be
saved.

Enter the script title in the field provided below
the 15 buttons. The field has a predefined REPLACE WITH SCRIPT TITLE text by
default. Just delete this and enter the script title

To make sure the script title will not be lost, save
it first by clicking the Save Script button.

Enter the script content in the text area.

Click Save Script button to save the complete script
content.
