Follow-up disputes

The follow-up field in a dispute is normally used as a reminder to send the letter again in case the collector never responded after sending an initial dispute letter. When adding a dispute, you could manually enter the follow-up date.

By default, the follow-up date is 45 days after the dispute is printed and sent to the collector. Once the dispute is printed, the follow-up date will reflect on the follow-up date field directly on the dispute list screen.
