Contacts

What are contacts?

Contacts are leads, affiliates, clients, providers, etc. They are especially important in adding disputes in the dispute center, creating tasks, creating templates, etc.

The contacts page can be accessed in the dashboard through the Contacts button

or through Menu > CRM > Contacts.
