Blacklisted subscribers cannot subscribe to any of the responders on your system. Use this if someone is causing trouble, or if they've requested to be removed from all your responder-style and newsletter-style messages. Blacklisted subscribers cannot be added manually or in bulk, nor can they subscribe via form or email.
