You can upload to your client and your client's affiliate the selected disputes that you have in the dispute center. Here's how you can successfully post updated disputes to the portals:

  1. Update any necessary information to your set of dispute entries.

  2. Click Post Client Portal/Post Affiliate Portal button

  3. The updated disputes are now posted to the portals. Note that deleted disputes are also deleted in the portals. Once you click the post button, only the updated selected disputes will be posted in the portals.

In the case where the client has no affiliate, once you post the disputes using the Post Affiliate Portal button, the system will not be able to post the updates to the affiliate portal.
