Add a dispute
  1. Click the Add new dispute button

  2. Enter required dispute information in the dispute fields



    Note that the selection options of the dispute reason and template will be based on selected dispute type. The reason for this is that dispute reasons are added with assigned dispute type. Template subjects are also assigned with a dispute type code to easily use them as templates for disputes.

  3. In the Credit Bureau field, each marked credit bureau is one dispute entry. This means that if you check three credit bureau, the system will add three disputes each with the marked credit bureaus.

  4. Click Save
